The Yoga Journey

I started practicingYoga back in 2000, I had just quit smoking and I was looking for peace and stress relief. My practice continued off and on, but the times I did not practice yoga I felt an emptiness inside a feeling of loss. I came to realise the more I practiced the better I felt about my body and my state of mind.

Yoga can change your life how you feel about your body, self esteem and stress factors. Hatha Yoga Teacher Training has given me the opportunity to share with my students the passion I have for this journey in life. I have met wonderful kind hearted people, went inside my mind in meditation and found times of deep inner peace. We are all on the journey to connect with our higher self and truly find out who we are, yoga can assist you on this journey. Being in tune with you are in the present moment is a gift, not worrying about what other people think, but just being yourself. Humour and light hearted Yoga Classes are what I teach and I hope you can come and experience the senses that Yoga can connect you to in your body, mind and spirit. Happiness is a choice.
