Some New Classes added to the Schedule




There has been some interest in a mid day class for Yoga, so here is the information. As well as class Descriptions and upcoming events:











***Tuesday mid day class 12:00-1:00 pm Lunch time Yoga
***Thursday Mom & Kids Yoga ages 3-5yrs come out and practice Yoga with your Child 1-2pm
stories, yoga poses, games
***Friday 12:00-1:00pm Lunch Time Yoga




More Belly Dance Classes if your interested then let me know as Fariba will commit to another 6 week session if there is enough participants. Cost will be $72.00 for the 6 week session. Again times would be 6:15pm- 7:15pm and 2nd class 7:30pm -8:30pm Wednesday nights in Beeton. Payment must be received by October 28th and Postdated cheques will be accepted dated for November 1-09 to confirm your registration.



Halloween Day 12-4 pm Oct 31 st Beeton is hosting a Downtown Halloween Festival for kids, so stop by the Yoga Room to do some Howling Halloween Yoga Poses :)


As the colder weather approaches more classes could be added so check the blog for updates. I am open to suggestions as well, and any comments are always welcome.

50 Plus Gentle Stretch (9:15am Power Walk Prior Optional

Stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax with this slowly paced sequence that begins with plenty of warm-up movement and offers posture variations for different fitness and experience levels. All levels welcome.



YOGA BASICS CLASS (BEGINNER YOGA & ALL LEVELS)

New to yoga? Yoga Basics will introduce you to a practice that can bring strength, balance and flexibility to your life. Through basic postures and alignment principles you will be able to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace



YOGA BASICS STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Learn yoga from the roots up based on principles of alignment and movement. Basic postures encourage balance, strength and flexibility for optimal health and wellness. Classes include various forms of breathwork and relaxation techniques.

YOGA CORE CLASS

Build your overall strength and stamina while stretching and lengthening your muscles. This flowing class will move you through a series of postures designed to strengthen from the core. Some of the postures can be challenging however, modifications make the class suitable for anyone wishing to enhance their overall fitness.

Noon Yoga Flow (All Levels)

Energize your afternoon with yoga. The invigorating flow of breath and movement will rejuvenate your whole body and send you into the afternoon feeling strong and balanced. The pace is quick but suitable for all levels.

BABY & ME YOGA (Prenatal Welcome)

Stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax with this slowly paced sequence that begins with plenty of warm-up movement and offers gentle posture variations all levels, bond with your baby while practicing this gentle Yoga. Meet new Moms and Moms to be in your community.

Mom & Kids Yoga 3-5 yrs olds

A break in the day you and your child will enjoy, Yoga Poses, stories, lots of laughter and joy, meet new friends and socialize with other Mothers and Children.

Get your Groove on Funky Yoga Class ADULTS/TEENS


Get Your Groove Class will build your overall strength and stamina while stretching and lengthening your muscles. Listen to Music Hits from the past and present practicing a flow and a variety of postures designed to strengthen the core. This is an upbeat class, with a nice peaceful relaxtion at the end. Get your groove on Thursday night.



Kids Yoga Classes 3-5yr olds*** 5-9yrs*** 9-12yrs ***

Rainbow Kids Yoga program, Yoga poses, games, stories and self discovery with children expressing themselves, as well as building confidence in a non competative setting.

Specific Needs Yoga (Limitations)

This class if designed for anyone managing an illness, or injury, a safe gentle practice. Learn to use your breath to reduce tension. Use gentle movements to relieve your joints, allow greater range of motion and improve strength, balance and flexibility. Be prepared to laugh, have fun and meet new people. Maximum 4 in this class setting.

Family Night Yoga
(all ages ) Parents and Children

Parents and children are going to connect with each other and share fun times with their kids. This class includes story telling, Yoga poses, a great way to connect with your children and practice Yoga in a fun way. Laughter is always on the agenda, connect to your children and your inner child inside :)
